CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel at least 60 days before check-in you will receive 100% of the amount that you have paid. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in you will receive 50% back. Otherwise, no refunds will be given.

Covid Cancellation Policy

If the UK government puts in place a legal restriction for your travel dates then we will give you the option of transferring your stay to another time, a credit note or a refund in full.

If you are not able to travel due to having COVID or having to self-isolate, we are not able to offer a refund. It is advisable that you take out your own travel insurance to cover this.

Arrival and departure:

  • Arrival from 4pm
  • Departure by 10am

Number of guests:

  • Maximum number of guests is 14.

NO smoking

NO parties or excessive noise

NO large single sex groups

NO fireworks, lanterns or drones

Damage and breakages:

We do not request a security deposit; we operate on a trust basis. We know that accidents happen; however, if you break or damage something, we do expect that you will pay for replacement or repair.

If the cleaners require more time than usual following your stay, cleaning will be charged at £17 ph and carpet cleaning will have a minimum charge of £60.00

Please make us aware of breakages or damage in order that we can resolve the matter promptly and cause minimum disruption to other guests.

your safety

Swimming Pool:

Please be aware, there is a deep pool within the grounds of the main house. There is post and rail fencing around the cottage. It is a private pool for the owners of the main house personal use only, and not for use by guests. We would like to make you aware of this hazard close by for those people with children.

Fires:

No fires are permitted in the grounds.

AT THE END OF YOUR STAY WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE:

  • Vacate the property by 10am in order that we can prepare the property for our next guests.
  • Please leave the property as you found it.
  • Please remove any food and drink from the fridge and cupboards.
  • As part of our COVID-19 policy to protect our cleaners, we request that bedding is removed from the beds and left in the room.
  • Please put your rubbish and recycling in the bins outside. PLEASE ENSURE RUBBISH IS IN BLACK BIN BAGS.
  • Please take glass with you to be recycled.
  • Please check that you have taken all your belongings. Items having to be returned will incur a postage and admin charge.
  • If you have signed into Netflix please sign out.
  • Please return all keys to the key safe.
